Federal Project Director
Kerry Laughlin serves SEA as the Program Manager for all Resource Management in the federal sector. These services include DOD on-site support for the USMC, US Army Corps of Engineers, Army Central Command, Army Material Command, and the Army Reserve Command. In addition, Kerry provides leadership in engineering support services for energy auditing, commissioning, and resilience studies provided our many government clients.
He has more than 25 years of experience in energy solutions development, with more than 15 years in ESCO management and development of UESC and ESPC projects. He has experience as a Resource Efficiency Manager at the installation as well as the regional level.
Previously, Kerry founded and managed a mechanical design and services company in the Silicon Valley serving major technology companies such as Intel, AMD, Seagate, HP, as well as federal government clients such as NASA, USGS, and USAF. Kerry holds a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham as well as a certification from a two-year advanced mechanical program jointly developed by The University of California, Berkeley and the Golden Gate chapter of ASHRAE.
