PE, CEM, Six Sigma Black BeltAllen Honey has served SEA and corresponding Marine Corps clients from Blount Island, Florida, to (currently) Iwakuni, Japan; full-time, on-site as a Resource Efficiency Manager or Resource Manager (Level II). His quest for energy efficiency has produced great results, even fostering a Secretary of the Navy Energy Award for his client.
He has deep technical acumen on both the supply and demand sides of the energy industry. Allen has done everything from mechanical design to managing a cogeneration portfolio valued at $3.1 billion. In addition to engineering, he is considered to be highly skilled in program management.
With more than 40 years of experience, eight of which have been at SEA, Allen holds his Professional Engineering, Certified Energy Manager, and Six Sigma Green Belt licenses. Additionally, Allen has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
