Sean is the Resource Efficiency Manager for Dugway Proving Ground in Utah. He works with the Engineering Division to develop and implement energy and water management programs. Dugway Proving Ground covers 798,214 acres, which makes it the Army’s largest land mass facility. As the Defense Department’s leader in chemical and biological defensive testing, environmental characterization, and remediation technology, the reliability and survivability of all types of military equipment are tested at Dugway Proving Ground.

Before joining SEA, Sean developed substantial research and analytic experience in a variety of energy and environmental projects. His past clients and projects include the United Nations: FAO, U.S. Utility energy efficiency evaluations, sustainable development, environmental compliance, and wind farm assessment. He also has experience teaching statistics and environmental courses at Indiana University. In his Ph.D. research, Sean focused on climate change science and policy.
