Found in the Huntsville Center Bulletin, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, article illustrates advantages of the SEA REM program. SEA REMs discovered billing over-payments to a local utility company. Efforts resulted in reimbursement to Fort Sam Houston in the amount of $2,656,650,08!
