Sain Engineering Associates, Inc. is proud to announce the addition of two outstanding, proven energy professionals to it cadre of talented associates.
Qaiser Toor will be working exclusively with SEA to support ventures with the U.S. Army. Toor recently retired from the after serving as Chief of the Energy and Utilities Branch for the Headquarters of the Army’s Installation Command, worldwide.
Chris Tindal will also be working exclusively with SEA to support endeavors with the U.S. Navy. He will also serve as a subject matter expert specifically for operational energy. Tindal recently retired from the Navy where he served as Director for Operational Energy for the Navy (including the Marine Corps), worldwide.
“We’re certainly blessed to have both of these gentlemen exclusively on our team. I’ve worked with them for several years. They’re widely known, seriously respected and incredibly experienced,” said Steve Sain, CEO of SEA.
Toor and Tindal have both navigated successful Federal careers, working their way up the chain of commands through facility energy efficiency. Toor advanced as he added supply-side utility functions. Tindal transcended into operational energy involving Navy planes and ships.
“Our brain trust is now deeper and more well-rounded. We’ve expanded to help clients address transportation fuel challenges as well as resiliency,” Sain said.
