SEA provides comprehensive energy solutions and on-site energy services to our Federal, State and Local governments and municipalities through our Resource Efficiency Manager Program (REM) and engineering services. The REM program leverages the individual and collective expertise of our REMs to provide on-site energy consultation to our Federal clients.  Our engineering staff provides project-based facility audits, commissioning, and building optimization consultation for State and local government clients. Regardless of the level of government we support, SEA works to reduce energy consumption, increase utility savings, and enhance occupant comfort for the buildings we serve.

Providing energy consultation to government programs and agencies is a foundational part of SEA’s history and operational construct. From working worldwide with the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force, to NASA and the General Services Administration, SEA has become an industry thought leader and respected federal energy services provider. SEA also has a respected portfolio in providing commissioning and building optimization services to state government agencies as well as local municipalities on an as-needed basis.  So, whether you’re a military base in need of energy consultation and resilience and sustainability planning, or a city hall that requires an HVAC infrastructure upgrade, SEA Resource Efficiency Managers (REMs) and engineers will work with provided guidelines to optimize your facilities’ systems and ensure compliance with current Federal, State, and Local requirements.

Our REMs and certified engineers have the expertise needed to holistically evaluate energy systems and develop energy master plans. In this way, SEA helps you formalize the necessary strategies to mitigate risk and enhance resilience, regardless of whether your buildings are new construction, modern but pre-existing, or even historical with older infrastructure and aging HVAC systems. We are also adept at leveraging avenues of environmental resilience funding to help our clients achieve their energy goals.
